Join us today as our new Project Engineer based in Bagsværd! The position
As Project Engineer, you will be welcomed into a strong team of Implementation professionals who are supporting and improving our aseptic production (AP) in Injectable Finished Products (IFP). You will be responsible for the project pipeline where you will drive facilitating and prepare Managers and Project Manager for the future to ensure better prioritisation and structure. As a Project Engineer, you can also expect to: Be responsible for project pipeline in AP Implementation and Ramp-up.
Work close together with the projects to ensure resource alignment.
Support the Project Managers in coordinating and facilitate between project and the global sites.
Help support data, making recommendations on timing and execution of projects to Managers.
Reporting and visualisation of material for decision making.
Besides being a central person in our project portfolio outlook you can also expect to be working together with both Managers and Project Manager gathering data, visualising, analysing, and problem solving to create a good foundation for more data driven discussions and decisions. As you will be supporting managers locally which will have a global impact with our IFP sites based in Denmark, China, Brazil, USA, and France, you will have the opportunity to travel within the position! Travel is expected to be 2-6 weeks over the course of the year. Qualifications Your experiences include: A degree in Pharmacy, Engineering or relevant. Or a Diploma Engineer equivalent background.
Project management experience which includes planning and coordinating.
Data analysis.
Solution orientated and experience/ an outlook on creating continuous improvements.
Great communication skills and ability to build relations cross functionally in a global organisation.
As a person, you see yourself as being self-driven, have a focus on quality and a problem-solving approach to drive complex coordination and manage a broad stakeholder landscape. Furthermore, you can keep a good overview and coordinate many ongoing activities. For this position, you are required to be fluent in spoken and written English. About the department
You will be a part of the AP Implementation and Ramp-up team in Manufacturing Development in IFP, Product Supply (PS). Your working place will be in Bagsværd, Denmark. The team's mission is to minimise or eliminate human interventions in our production through optimisation, robotics, and automation. You will work together with specialist, academics, technicians, and external development partners covering a wide range of disciplines. We guarantee that you will be exposed to exciting challenges and development opportunities, and we are also focusing on a very strongly and comprehensive on-boarding.
