Associate Finance Partner in CMC Development We are looking for an Associate Finance Partner to support our activities in the CMC (Chemistry Manufacturing & Control) department at Novo Nordisk. Would you like to support optimal allocation of resources and help drive the financial management of our growing CMC organisation? The position As an Associate Finance Partner in CMC Development, you will be involved in a variety of financial tasks, all intended to support our organisation. In this role you will work with a broad variety of colleagues and with other stakeholders across CMC, PS, R&D and Finance. Your responsibilities: The role entails a broad range of tasks where you will work towards the diverse line of business and provide research and development projects with financial sparring.

You will run the financial planning, provide reporting to senior management, and create financial insights for decision making.

In this role you will gain a strong finance toolbox, get a deep understanding of the CMC value chain spanning across both R&D and Product Supply and interact with stakeholders across the organisation.

Furthermore, you will be involved in various business intelligence and optimisation projects as well as prepare ad-hoc analyses for stakeholders.

You will experience a steep learning curve, which enables numerous future career opportunities in the global Novo Nordisk organisation.

Qualifications: Our ideal candidate should:

Hold a master’s degree in business administration or economics

Be either a recent graduate or have 1-2 years’ experience

Have strong analytical skills, while being good at keeping an eye for the overall purpose

Communicate clearly and precisely with people at all levels in the organisation and have good collaboration skills

Have an interest in digital platforms and business intelligence

As the position entails working with international colleagues, it is required that you have good spoken and written English skills
