The Position As our new Talent and Succession Partner, you will use your expertise to challenge and influence our global talent management agenda across Novo Nordisk. You will play a key role in developing strong concepts that will secure an inclusive talent strategy. You are expected to ensure that we stay well-informed of latest research and trends and that we bring outside-in thinking to drive the best-in-class global talent and succession management initiatives that are aligned with the priorities of the organisation, linked to our corporate strategy and supports the business. As a team we are responsible for designing our global talent review and succession planning framework, ensuring progression of our Global Talent Management Strategy, and driving a global talent culture across Novo Nordisk. This includes driving global projects, designing communication plans and implementing robust change management processes, and you will use your outstanding stakeholder management skills to build trusting and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders. In this role, you will collaborate with our Talent & Succession Insight Consultant and the People Insights team to drive our global talent and succession data analysis and reporting at a global level. This includes preparing data for Executive Management and making clear recommendations on areas of improvement. Your task will also include collaborating and leading strategic projects with the business and ensuring well-deployed pragmatic solutions. Qualifications You hold a Master’s degree within Business, HR, Psychology or similar. You bring a minimum of 10 years of proven HR record from specialised HR functions within talent development, succession management, leadership development, learning & development, performance management, talent acquisition, HR business partnering or similar. You are a great change manager and have solid experience with driving transformation processes to successful implementation. Furthermore you; Have experience from geographical areas other than home country Have experience in working with projects and people cross-borders Demonstrate strong expertise facilitating/partnering with HR business partners and line leaders to design and implement solutions Demonstrate strong business and organisational understanding Demonstrate strong insight within the talent management space Proven track record of implementing global projects and change management Have experience with HR insights and reporting As a person, you are self-driven, have strong interpersonal skills and a pragmatic approach ensuring that our strategic thoughts turn into implemented practises. You show engagement and authenticity, and you can engage with and influence stakeholders at all levels making sure you create trustful relationships that enables you to challenge stakeholders at all levels. You are a strong communicator and are fluent in English. It will be an advantage if you have experience in co-designing and implementing talent programs. About the Department You will be part of our Talent Succession & Development Centre of Excellence (CoE) residing in Global People & Organisation in Novo Nordisk. You will join the Talent & Succession team which consists of dedicated colleagues situated in Bagsvaerd, North of Copenhagen. Our main purpose is to is to enable leaders and HRBPs to build a ready, diverse, and fit for the future talent pipeline to meet current and future business needs. This position is based out of Bagsvaerd. We are looking for a Talent & Succession Partner that can contribute to the CoE with a deep knowledge on talent management, succession planning, hands-on HRBP experience, thought leadership and new trends to ensure that we drive the global talent and succession management agenda across Novo Nordisk and challenge status quo.
