The position We are looking for a Senior Service Designer to join our growing Digital Development and Analytics department in Global People & Organisation (P&O). You will work in a team of Service Development - alongside Customer Experience, Change Management, and Project Management experts. As a Senior Service Designer, you will have a key role in improving P&O’s digital services and will be the backbone of projects from beginning to end. Finally, you will independently plan, prioritize, and deliver service design activities for our HR services. What you will be doing Identify and promote service design frameworks that are best suited for specific project needs, providing clarity in complex challenges related to human behaviors, relationships, workflows, and processes, and driving decision-making (e.g., customer journeys, service blueprints, ecosystem maps). Organize and lead co-creation workshops, design sprints, and research initiatives with Novo Nordisk employees and stakeholders to enhance or create new services. Identify new opportunities for customer experience within P&O to support the organization more efficiently and effectively. Help shape and develop a practice of service design through methods and tools within P&O, and upskilling colleagues. Stay updated on the latest developments/trends/thinking within your field and knowledge sharing with colleagues. What you will contribute with Solid experience in the field of service design, from either in-house or agency Experience in design thinking approaches and methodologies Excellent stakeholder management skills to ensure effective communication with various groups of stakeholders Experience using programs like Figma, Miro, or other similar Solid facilitating and presenting skills in English As an individual, you have a passion for service design thinking, human centricity, and co-creation that you help spread in the organization. It is crucial that you have strong people and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team. About the department You will join the Service Development team in the Digital Development and Analytics department of Global People and Organisation – The Novo Nordisk HR in HQ, Bagsværd. The team works closely together with all corners of Novo Nordisk and the P&O organization. We are a good mix of employees with different national and educational backgrounds and experience and value an informal and fun working environment.
In collaboration with P&O management and stakeholders, we drive the P&O Digital strategy & and roadmap, meaning facilitating and driving the right strategic choices, but also ensuring the execution of the roadmap towards measurable impact. In addition, we are shaping and owning customer journeys - ensuring our customers get the best experience from our P&O Services, including aligning our key P&O metrics to measure customer experience. We are curious about Digital Innovation and developing new solutions that build on the latest trends within automation and digitalization across the entire P&O organization.
