You will join the department Commercial Digital, Data & IT (Commercial DD&IT) in the global DD&IT unit based in Bagsværd, Denmark and will be part of a team of colleagues delivering strategic IT projects and services in the commercial space. The area is also responsible for the strategizing and business development with the Commercial LoB on behalf of DD&IT. What will you be doing? As Salesforce IT Architect, you will be responsible for defining and maintaining the target architecture for the Salesforce platform for patient engagement and its relations to the ecosystem. You will also be responsible for designing and delivering Salesforce solutions that support the business requirements. You are to collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical leadership, and ensure the successful implementation and optimization of Salesforce within our organization.
Your core responsibilities are to: Design and implement customized Salesforce solutions that align with business needs Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications within the organization Develop and maintain the Salesforce data model and custom objects to support business processes Oversee and guide the customization and development efforts, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components Establish and enforce best practices for development, security, and data governance Optimize system performance and maintain high data quality Provide technical documentation and training to support the development and maintenance of the Salesforce solution Act as a liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and other departments Provide recommendations on best practices, industry trends, and new Salesforce features
Candidate profile
To be successful in this role, we expect you tick off most of the following boxes : MSc in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience) Experience from large international company with a keen understanding of commercial processes Familiarity with the pharma industry is an advantage but not required Strong understanding of system integration and data modelling, data security, and governance best practices Excellent problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills Minimum of 5 years work experience with SF tech-stack, e.g. Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud Customer Data Platform is a plus Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect with a track record of successful Salesforce implementations Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Lightning, Apex, and Visualforce Salesforce Architect certifications such as Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Application Architect (CAA) You are ambitious about your role and career and interested in growing your skills.
