Experienced Team Lead - AskHR Do you pride yourself with a high level of optimization, innovation and people management? The Position In your daily job you will lead our newly established team in Ask HR Denmark, which will consist of 8-10 highly engaged employees skilled in a mix of LEAN, data science, project management, GDPR, training and strategy . As leader of the new team, you will be setting the direction for optimizing our HR operation processes across Novo Nordisk by continued focus on improvements to the benefit of Line of Business. You and the team will identify and implement step changes improvements within AskHR and contribute to an environment of impactful changes. Your main responsibilities will include: Driving and leading step changes to build a world class HR service model serving +25.000 colleagues. Focused shopfloor coaching of employees to establish and develop competences within continues improvement and systematic problem solving. Driving strong partnerships via project portfolio management across P&O to improve our services for Line of Business. Facilitate and ensure deployment of the overall PO strategy into daily business. Ensure holistic approach to cover all aspect/competences need to ensure high impact and right first time on project deliveries across the department. Contributing to a great and energizing work environment within a fantastic unit. Qualifications You hold a higher education, possess leadership experience and knowledge of optimizing and improving processes by yourself and through others. To succeed in this role, we expect you to have: Strong people management skills and relevant leadership experience preferable from operations. Experience with leading and driving optimization projects involving different stakeholders. Experience with PPM. Experience with LEAN tools and LEAN management. Possess strong strategic and analytical skills. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Danish. You act as a truly team player but are not scared of working on your own when you coach and challenge employees or leading projects with various stakeholders. You master communication at many organization levels and you do not back down when people challenge you. As a leader, you have a high degree of empathy, coaching and motivational skills. You have strong strategic and analytical abilities and a natural sense of authority. You know yourself well also under high pressure. You balance to set clear direction and create followership in an ambiguous context, and you know how to build strong relations and to work cross-functionally. About the Department AskHR Denmark is working focused every day to operate, optimize and develop our HR services to more than 25.000 Novo Nordisk colleagues in Denmark.
