Apply now!About the roleAs our Zscaler Operations Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the implementation, stability, performance, and security of Novo Nordisk’s Zscaler infrastructure and features. In addition, you will help to build and mature Zscaler Operations along with creating, contributing, and maintaining accurate documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures so staying up to date with new Zscaler functionality and industry trends also will be crucial.Your primary responsibilities include:
• Monitor and optimise Zscaler performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively to minimize downtime and ensure optimal network functionality and end User experience.
• Implement and manage new features, infrastructure and change requests
• Colaborate with external Operations Team to ensure the smooth operation
• Respond to escalated alerts, incidents, and requests in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders: IT, Security and Zscaler teams
• Maintaining accurate documentation
• Agile execution and Zscaler network and function design discussions
QualificationsThe ideal candidate for this position should meet most of the following:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of experience in similar Zscaler OPS roles.
• In-depth understanding of ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX
• Understanding of Network protocols, VPN technologies and Cybersecurity
• Communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Relevant certifications (e.g. Zscaler, CCNA, CCNP, ITIL).
