Are you proactive and ambitious? Would you like to manage quality in an operational context working with supplied materials for our global production? If yes, you may become our new Supply Quality Professional.
The position
As our new Supply Quality Professional, you will join us in Quality Support team, where you will be responsible for handling deviations and drive optimization activities related to our processes and improve our ways of working. Your new responsibilities will be related to the products we source, including raw materials, primary & printed packaging materials.
In this position you will take lead on driving investigations on supplier related issues which require strong communication, stakeholder management skills and a proactive nature to ensure timeliness in your deliverables. These responsibilities will require close coordination, understanding and collaboration with many of our key suppliers & stakeholders.
You will play an important role in supporting the organization to maintain operational performance even when deviations occur. With the company in a period of growth, this is an increasingly complex task, that requires us to maintain a flexible mindset with strong focus on optimizing the way we work and strengthening our relationship with our stakeholders. As a key contact for our suppliers and internal stakeholders, and subject matter expert for deviations, you will have a direct impact on the development of Quality Support and our success in this dynamic environment.
Qualifications
You have a good understanding of the pharma industry and GxP regulations. You hold a relevant Master´s degree or equivalent and you can communicate well in English.
We are looking for a problem solver. Someone who gets energy from investigating situations, finding solutions, and taking the initiative in collaborating with stakeholders. Additionally, the ideal candidate has the below skills:
• Independent and proactive
• Strong communicator
• Excellent at stakeholder management
• Ambitious and self-driven
• Quick learner
Moreover, you have an excellent understanding of how to apply project management for small and big projects. It is a big plus if you bring any of the below:
• Experience within quality and sourcing
• Experience with deviation processes
• Experience with raw materials, printed packaging material, primary packaging or similar
The department
The Quality Support team is part of the ISM (Inbound Supply Management) department. ISM is responsible for managing hundreds of suppliers and items used by Novo Nordisk around the globe to produce our life-saving products.
In Quality Support you will be part of a team of 16 individuals with quite diverse backgrounds who are working to help ensure that our supply of materials is continuous and smooth within Novo Nordisk. To do so, we have a constant dialogue with our internal stakeholders as well as our external suppliers.
