You will play a crucial role in shaping the Health and Safety (HS) agenda within CMC API Pilots. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that our organizational framework aligns seamlessly with both regulatory requirements and our overarching goals in the realm of Health and Safety. This involves: Provide dedicated support to HS representatives through various channels such as 1:1 sessions, shop floor interactions, and board meetings. Conduct comprehensive training and guidance sessions for local leadership and representatives in systems, processes, and areas of responsibility. Regularly evaluate the HS setup across the organization and local departments, identifying opportunities for improvement. Collaborate on assessments and systematic problem-solving initiatives related to Health and Safety matters. Support major investment projects by assessing risks in work processes and actively drive HS-related tasks and projects. Qualifications
To thrive and succeed in this role, we expect you to have: A relevant background as technician, academic or other relevant education 2+ years of experience in HS from similar positions in a production environment, preferably from a highly regulated industry Experience in planning, presenting data, and supporting key stakeholders Demonstrated successfully driving HS related projects As a person, you: Demonstrate a genuine passion for safety, environmental sustainability, and a positive working environment. Exhibit a preference for working independently, coupled with the ability to drive processes and systems collaboratively with peers and colleagues. Flourish in a structured work environment, showcasing the capability to manage extensive networks of stakeholders throughout the entire organization. Possess strong communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders alike. About the department
You will be a part of the Purification Pilot Plant in CMC Development & Scaling. You will be anchored in Purification Pilot plants (PPP) an organization of 77 people. The area is responsible for API production supporting clinical trials and process transfer to market production. You will have a workday with a large degree of independence and at the same time, you will have the chance to work closely with colleagues across all levels of the organization. The department has facilities in Gentofte and Bagsværd, but currently new facilities in the pilot is established in Bagsværd. The majority of the work will initially be in Bagsværd. With diverse skills and a shared commitment to success, we thrive on a cooperative spirit. Our dynamic and supportive environment fosters open communication and celebrates achievements together.
