The Position As Associate Communication Consultant, you will be allocated to a Business Support team in Global Strategic Outsourcing and located in Bagsværd. You will own a wide range of communication assignments and projects that strengthen our positioning, transparency, and accessibility. The responsibilities will span across your own unit, but also another unit, Strategic Sourcing Inbound Materials & Services. Both units together are considered Strategic Sourcing units. The main tasks will be to: • define a communication strategy across both units, and execute on prioritised initiatives
• review Executive Memos and facilitate the process across Global Strategic Outsourcing & Strategic Sourcing Inbound Materials & Services
• represent both units in a Communication Network, consisting of communication partners across various units
• create communication material such as internal and external branding material, supplier directed material; build and maintain internal communication platforms: SharePoint and Teams
• take a project manager role in various communication projects involving multiple stakeholders (i.e., when our Digitalisation team is developing data visualizing dashboards) The working days will be varied, with different assignments and numerous stakeholders including communication requests from our management team. You will have the opportunity to impact and develop the responsibilities of the position and contribute to the communication direction and value creation of both Strategic Sourcing units. Qualifications To be considered for this position, you should have:
• minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Organisational Communication, Business Administration, Project Management, Organisational Development, or similar. Newly graduates and experienced professionals are welcome to apply
• great communication skills in verbal and written (i.e., formal written documents, speaker notes, slide presentations, coordination of video projects, and more)
• proficiency in using PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and other relevant tools for data analysis, presentation and project management
• strategic thinking skills, ensuring alignment of effective communication plans with the organisational direction and goals
• full proficiency in English On a personal level, you are forward-thinking, and initiative driven. You are equally comfortable working independently as in a team with people at all levels of the organization. The key to success in this role is to have strong relationship management skills, the ability to thrive in an ever-evolving work environment and to manage multiple assignments simultaneously. About the department Global Strategic Outsourcing is one of two Strategic Sourcing units in Product Supply which combined are responsible for the medium- and long-term strategic sourcing activities. We support Novo Nordisk growth by working strategically with Product Supply’s direct spend and how we safeguard: cost, quality, capacity, risk, and sustainability in our outsourced products, as well as our inbound supply of materials and services. The other unit is called Strategic Sourcing Inbound Materials & Services.
