Changing Diabetes® in Children (CDiC) is a public-private partnership established in 2009. The partnership provides comprehensive care for children and young people living with type 1 diabetes in low- and middle-income countries. The Global Health Equity team is responsible for Novo Nordisk’s Defeat Diabetes strategy and the company’s efforts to improve access and affordability for vulnerable populations. Our team is dedicated to driving equitable and sustainable outcomes for patients and for Novo Nordisk.
Through partnerships, we drive scalable interventions within existing health systems to provide access to affordable care and work with patient organisations, NGOs, and other partners to advocate for prioritisation of diabetes and other non-communicable diseases in the global health agenda.
Global Health Equity is part of the Global Public Affairs and Sustainability department, and the position will be based at our Headquarters in Bagsvaerd, Denmark. The position
This position is a unique opportunity to build on your experience in optimising procedures within strategic project management, operational excellence, data management and analytics, as well as data protection, compliance and reporting.
You will be responsible for various tasks in the Changing Diabetes® in Children programme, including: Support and drive strategic project management deliverables incl. strategy review and continuous programme development, preparation of presentations and reports on programme progression for management and steering group updates Drive operational excellence incl. the insulin distribution component in CDiC by updating and maintaining the insulin distribution data Periodic data collection from CDiC country projects, in close coordination with local CDiC colleagues and validating data for quarterly reports and contributing to maintenance and improvement of CDiC dashboard Line of Business (LoB) data collection, ensuring timely, compliant and complete reporting from across CDIC countries in coordination with country teams Data protection and compliance within CDiC by ensuring overall compliance with reporting requirements Drive the annual ESG audit for CDIC by providing documentation and assisting in ESG audit Frequent interaction and engagement with stakeholders across the organisation as well as with external partners, will allow you to build a strong network while driving project management activities.
Qualifications
As our ideal candidate, you have 3-5 years’ experience and a proven track record in working with strategic projects, data analytics and reporting, master Excel and can create reporting tools as needed. Experience with PowerBI and WDesk is an advantage. Preferably you have prior experience with contract management, and knowledge of compliance in pharmaceutical setting.
Additionally we expect you to have: Master’s degree in Data Science, Data Analysis or other relevant field Strong stakeholder management skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment Result-oriented mindset with excellent focus on details and accuracy Thorough business understanding, with ability to manage complex projects We expect you to be fluent in written and spoken English. Knowledge of French and/or Spanish will be considered an advantage. Working at Novo Nordisk
