The position In the role of Investment Partner, you will collaborate with the Device Manufacturing and Sourcing (DMS) area, together with another Investment Partner contributing to the management of a large investment portfolio. DMS is responsible for the production of the entire portfolio of devices at facilities in Denmark, Europe, Asia, South America, and the US. As Investment Partner, you have the following tasks:
  • Driving the investment budget and reporting processes with a focus on cost and resource allocation and budget accuracy
  • Acting as a trusted business partner and one point of entry in terms of Investments for DMS using your financial insights to enable sound decision making
  • Steering project and portfolio governance within DMS ensuring high level of quality in decision making material as well as sound prioritisation
  • Collaborating closely with ambitious and talented stakeholders, often with non-financial backgrounds
  • Sharing and developing best practices and tools to boost the investment discipline across all CSD
    • The current office location is Bagsværd; however, the department will be relocating to Taastrup at the end of the year. Qualifications To succeed in this role, we imagine you:
  • Hold a Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline, coupled with a practical experience in a similar position
  • Serve as a trusted business partner, demonstrating adept stakeholder management and networking skills
  • Exhibit a process-oriented mindset, displaying interest in mapping, streamlining, and optimising processes
  • Possess solid experience with the Microsoft Office package, particularly Excel, along with ERP systems, preferably SAP
  • Showcase proficiency in both written and verbal English, along with good communication and presentation skills
    • It would be considered as an advantage if you possess prior project controlling experience. As a person, you embody a proactive and high performing approach, constantly striving to learn and achieve ambitious goals. Your structured and analytical mindset enables you to maintain an overview, while your self-motivating nature drives you forward. You exhibit timely and meticulous attention to detail, complemented by strong networking, inter-personal, and follow-up skills that contribute to task success. About the department You will be part of the Investment Management team within Finance, reporting to the Investment Manager. Finance is part of a larger Business Support within the Contract Manufacturing, Sourcing, and Devices area in Novo Nordisk’ production.
