Are you proactive and ambitious? Would you like to manage quality, documentation, and support complex projects related to the inbound supply chain? The position We are seeking candidates at different seniority levels, as our new Supply Chain Quality Professional, you will join either our Raw or Packaging Material Supply Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling change requests related to optimizing and implementing new supply chains. Your main accountabilities will be:
  • Take the lead on driving the change process whenever changes are identified
  • Write (author) the change request, ensure compliance with internal procedures and authority requirements
  • Collaborate closely and understand the needs of many of our key suppliers & internal stakeholders such as material scientists, Quality Assurance, etc.
  • Ensure that the needed actions are implemented with internal and external stakeholders
  • Set clear direction to ensure timeliness, and efficiency and improve quality
  • In this role, you can also expect to take part in complex projects introducing new materials and new suppliers as well as take part in improving our own internal processes and our quality mindset. Qualifications To be considered for this position, we expect you to:
  • Hold a Master´s degree in Supply Chain, Science, Pharma, or any other relevant field
  • Preferably, demonstrate a previous experience in quality, working with either deviations or change requests
  • Have a good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations
  • Possess strong communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • It would be considered as a plus if you have a previous experience with raw materials and/or packaging materials within the pharmaceutical industry. As a person, you are independent and proactive. You possess great stakeholder management skills, you are ambitious, self-driven, and a quick learner. Last but not least, you are a structured individual with an eye for important details. About the Department Inbound Supply Management is part of the Sourcing Organisation (SoOp) responsible for planning, purchasing, distributing, and warehousing of the thousands of materials going into our productions worldwide. Our common goal is to ensure a reliable supply of quality products (raw and packaging materials) in regulatory compliance, sustainable, and at a competitive cost to Novo Nordisk manufacturing sites globally. You will join a dynamic team of dedicated Supply Managers and Supply Quality Professionals who are passionate about driving the supply chains across SoOp to become more robust, resilient, and sustainable while ensuring compliance.
