The position
As the Senior Operational Excellence Partner at Novo Nordisk, you will be tasked with:
• Establishing a strategic vision and roadmap for continuous improvement within the Quality organization in alignment with existing initiatives and processes
• Leading the design and implementation of a comprehensive continuous improvement program to enhance operational excellence and quality standards
• Driving cultural transformation and change management, ensuring that continuous improvement principles are integrated at all levels of the quality organization
• Develop and maintain our LEAN roadmap and deploy plan via mobilizing and engaging our LEAN organization and leaders across SVP area Qualifications
The following competencies and experiences will be important for your success in the role:
• Have a minimum of five years of experience working with continuous improvement strategies and implementation, project management, strategic deployment or similar.
• Have experience with project management in complex organizational settings
• Hands-on experience driving continuous improvement culture, transformation and implementation and establishing continuous improvement culture
• Experience within LEAN methodologies is a plus
• Are proficient in English in writing/speaking

You are comfortable with a high degree of responsibility and navigating complex and senior stakeholder landscapes. You will become part of the newly established NNQ Business Partnering team consisting of 10 highly skilled professionals within finance, executive business support, strategy execution and project management delivering support across NNQ. The team is anchored within the VP area of NNQ Business Support dedicated to providing exceptional support to management and across Novo Nordisk Quality.
