As a Clinical Complaint Advisor, you will utilize your business understanding and ability to work with global cross-functional tasks while gaining a fundamental understanding of Novo Nordisk's clinical trials. The role includes handling clinical customer complaints, communicating with stakeholders outside of Novo Nordisk, and coordinating with relevant colleagues across the organization.
Primary responsibilities will include: Handling escalated and complex customer complaints, especially within the area of clinical customer complaints. Supporting our colleagues across the organization as well as our external partners. Developing and implementing procedures and protocols for handling customer complaints, including training for relevant stakeholders. Optimizing our process for how we work with customer complaints. Your work will help us ensure high-quality and safe products for Novo Nordisk's patients and you will contribute to setting the direction. Qualifications
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can work systematically with handling and analyzing complex data and continuously improving our approach and principles regarding customer complaints.
To succeed in this role, you should: Have a degree in natural sciences, engineering or similar. Be fluent in both written and spoken English and are a strong communicator. It is an advantage, but not a requirement if you: Have experience in production and/or quality assurance, in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry. Have experience in communicating with various stakeholders. Have experience in handling customer complaints. About the Department
The Customer Complaint Support department is responsible for investigating customer complaints from both marketed products and products used for clinical trials.
The department is located in Bagsværd and is part of Novo Nordisk Quality. You will be part of a team with currently 14 dedicated colleagues and will report to the senior manager in the Complaint Support Team. Working at Novo Nordisk
