The position
As our Process Support Manager, you will be heading up a team of professionals and technicians of New Finished Product Manufacturing Single Dose Device Department (FPM KA SDD) in Kalundborg. You will be a key part of our teams and your primary responsibility will be to develop a highly engaged process support team to achieve break through targets and support your colleagues with a fast ramp-up in assembly and packaging lines. You will be responsible for delivering a stable process according to the schedule, while having an eye for optimising the workflow.
Your responsibilities will include: Hire and manage personnel in the production area
Ensure compliance with production targets and quality procedures
Coordinate training plan execution and workflow in the area
Ensure reliability and availability of production data
Coordinate LEAN projects and benchmark best practices
As a Process Support Manager, you will negotiate cross-departmental demands, implement agreed actions, and coordinate internal and external audits. You will provide technical and behavioral feedback to professionals and technicians, oversee safety and EHS issues in the production area, participate in environmental protection initiatives and projects, and coach the production team in KATA for people development and growth mindset. You will also ensure collaboration with relevant stakeholders and the best utilization of the resources and may be assigned other tasks by the senior production manager according to business needs.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have: A relevant educational background within Natural Sciences, Engineering, Business, or related fields
Experience working in the quality area in the pharmaceutical industry and have profound knowledge of GMP and Quality Management Systems
Experience in working with product defect investigations or recall situation
A broad and well-proven leadership toolbox and experience building teams
Lean experience is considered an advantage
Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of Danish is considered an advantage

About the department
We are responsible for the implementation and operation for assembly and packaging of our medical devices. While we continually improve and update our process, we are also a launch site with responsibility for implementing and validating new products and production equipment. Finally, we are also deeply involved in capacity expansions and are currently in the early stages of the project to build completely new assembly and packaging lines.
