The position As Senior Sustainability Business Partner in Product Supply, Quality & IT (PSQIT) Sustainability, your main responsibilities will include: Lead the translation and development of our strategic sustainability framework and the roadmaps for climate, plastic, as well as nature and biodiversity.
Build and lead the governance model for PSQIT sustainability to ensure progress towards our sustainability commitments.
Drive and continuously improve the sustainability performance tracking in PSQIT Sustainability & across the entire PSQIT business unit.
Spearhead sustainability spends and budget across PSQIT.
Lead the execution of key business processes across PSQIT Sustainability such as business review (BR), enterprise risk management, etc.
Drive and continuously improve PSQIT Sustainability productivity.
Drive ad hoc deliverables towards senior leadership, especially related to the sustainability aspects of our PSQIT business strategy, supporting a broader and larger Novo Nordisk.
Qualifications Our ideal candidate possesses: A master’s degree within sustainability, business, finance, economics, or similar.
5-10 years’ experience in a business partnering, enterprise consulting, strategy deployment, program management, or similar
Solid insights into environmental impact and understanding of environmental parameters and reporting.
Ability to conduct complex analyses and translate implications into simple communication.
Strategic mindset and strong business understanding within a complex, global environment.
Fluency in written and spoken English.

Product Supply, Quality & IT (PSQIT) is the largest organisational unit in Novo Nordisk with +30,000 employees globally. The area is responsible for the full supply chain of all Novo Nordisk products, the quality assurance of all Novo Nordisk activities, and for providing an IT platform that caters to all business needs. You will be an integral part of PSQIT Sustainability, where we drive and support the execution of Novo Nordisk’s sustainability strategy. Our goal is to ensure seamless integration of sustainability into our processes and strategic decisions within PSQIT and across the value chain of Novo Nordisk, becoming broader and larger. Our company ambition is to decouple business growth and environmental impact towards our net-zero commitment in 2045. To achieve this, we are driving significant improvements and developing sustainability roadmaps on our key focus areas: Climate, plastic, and nature & biodiversity. The job offers frequent senior leadership interaction and cross-functional collaboration with a broad range of stakeholders, allowing you to build a strong network across Novo Nordisk. Joining a small and agile team, we expect you to be a strong team player, who enjoys delivering on short deadlines as much as driving larger deliverables – consistently of highest quality.
