Are you up for the challenge? Then we cannot wait to meet you! The position We are supporting both factories located in Bagsværd and Hillerød. The primary location for this position is Bagsværd, with some travel expected to Hillerød. As part of a team of 10, your role will involve monitoring and maintaining the IT infrastructure and IT security of our production lines. Our department interacts with a myriad of stakeholders due to the nature of our work. Nearly every internal and external department relies on us, and it is our responsibility to provide them with excellent service. It is an extremely interesting role if you enjoy focusing on daily operations, monitoring systems, and communicating system changes to the owner as necessary. Key responsibilities: Monitor and maintain the IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with the IT team in managing the daily operations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the IT infrastructure. Assist in the implementation of new systems and policies. Prepare and present reports on system performance and health. Excellent communication skills to liaise with other teams and stakeholders while providing technical support and guidance to users It's important to note that in the pharmaceutical industry, you can't simply rush with ideas. Compliance with numerous regulations is required, which can sometimes be frustrating and tiresome. Qualifications We are seeking a candidate who can meet most of the following qualifications for this role: A bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Business, Communication, or a related field A strong understanding of IT principles, and the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to a diverse audience Proficiency in data analysis and report writing, with knowledge of various IT systems and infrastructure A customer-service orientation with strong problem-solving abilities Exceptional verbal and written communication skills About the department
