The position As our new PMO Change Manager within the P&O Mobility Team, your primary tasks and responsibilities will be: Define and drive change management best practices across the team enabling changes to be adopted in the best possible way. Develop and execute communication strategies to ensure timely and compliant stakeholder updates and reports. Responsible for project management approach and tools within the team. Including developing the overall timeline of the team's project activities, project planning, supporting resource allocation, driving project status activities, and milestone follow-up. Support the team in identifying and mitigating risks associated with change initiatives. Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of project and change initiatives and make recommendations for improvement. Qualifications To succeed in this role, the ideal person will possess a relevant academic degree in HR, Communication, Change Management or similar. Other key requirements include: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project, change and stakeholder management. A robust Project Management and Change/Transformation toolbox. Proven experience in developing and executing change management strategies and plans. Experience in delivering communications/dashboards/newsletters to the business and stakeholders, apprising them of important updates. Excellent communication and influencing skills in English (written and spoken). On a personal level, you are empathic, have a “can do” attitude, and are not afraid to take on tasks that are not totally clear and give it a go. You can execute on your own, but also as a part of a great team and bring out the best in others. Besides you are interested in working on many levels in the organization and on various tasks. About the department You will join the Mobility Development team in Global People & Organisation who is responsible for developing and implementing mobility improvement initiatives within the global organisation. The team is in Bagsværd, Denmark and Warsaw, Poland and works closely together with all corners of Novo Nordisk and the Global P&O organisation. In collaboration with P&O management and stakeholders we develop solutions, services, and processes supporting our Mobility Service teams and colleagues to ensure the smooth transition of employees across our global organisation.
