As a Training Project Manager, you will support structured and rapid competence de-velopment through the successful execution of training projects. Your efforts will help us in our mission to build Training Solutions that creates knowledge foundation empowering employees to be better equipped & confident in performing their tasks. Key Responsibilities: Lead projects to enhance human performance and compliance through effective training solu-tions. Understand business challenges and identify training needs accordingly. Collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop and implement training content and solutions. Measure and evaluate the impact of project deliveries, focusing on increased performance, reduced "time-to-perform," and elimination of waste/complexity. To understand what adds most value for our stakeholders, you can expect to spend time on shop floor at Danish locations and occationally abroad. Qualifications
Our ideal candidate has a bachelor’s or master’s degree, supplemented with an interest in education (workplace learning), training and/or learning & development, (occupa-tional) psychology, behavioural economics combined with: Excellent project management skills, which includes being able to establish pro-ject plans and execute projects from start to finish. Data driven approach to problem-solving and a continuous improvement mindset (LEAN). Experience with learning and development (L&D), instructional design (e.g., ADDIE, 5Di) and adult learning principles. Experience within a regulated environment (GxP). Good verbal and written communication skills in English (Danish is an advantage). It is natural for you to work independently as well as collaborate effectively when you manage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation - from our colleagues working on shopfloor to senior leaders in project steering groups. Our department, NNQ P&O Training, operates within NNQ People & Organisa-tion and drives training initiatives across . Our responsibilities have ex-panded from developing and overseeing our central training offering to NNQ, to en-compassing more central training activities across NN. Currently, our department consists 16 skilled colleagues organised in two teams, Training Academy and Training Projects. You will become a part of the newly established Project team. We engage in diverse and exciting tasks and projects across the organization, fostering an ambitious, motivated, and dedicated working environment. Emphasizing flexibility and collaboration across various skill sets, we effectively tackle diverse tasks and projects. Our workplace cul-ture is characterized by a fun and informal atmosphere, promoting open communica-tion and teamwork.
