The position
As a Product Responsible Scientist in our team, you will be involved in many different disciplines documenting the quality of the Drug Product (DP) during life cycle management activities.You will work close together with the Drug Product Managers in our department ensuring the quality of the product. To do this, you will be involved in many different disciplines, e.g. risk assessments, control strategies and stability studies.Your responsibilities will among others include:Responsible for setting and maintaining parameters, specifications and other frameworks to ensure product quality and stability. Understand how the process can affect the product, as well as evaluate and conclude on how the product quality may be affected by process changes/deviations. Understand guidelines and other internal/external requirements to ensure compliance and product quality. Monitoring stability data. Handling Out of specification/ Out of Trend/ Out Of Expectation. Ongoing optimizations regarding DP. Supporting colleagues working on activities for DP e.g. regulatory writers and subject matter experts. All of this is conducted in cooperation with stakeholders in other areas e.g. colleagues in stability team, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, production and Regulatory Affairs.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:A master’s degree in science within Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering or similar. Extensive experience within the field of CMC or manufacture, e.g. process or product support. Knowledge of stability programs and GMP regulations is an advantage. Full professional proficiency and good communication skills in English.
