We develop, produce and sell medical devices that enable doctors and nurses to save lives on a daily basis and we are experiencing massive success. We are looking for a HRIS Professional to help us further implement SuccessFactors and at the same time support the business on our current modules.
In 2012 we started implementing SuccessFactors in Ambu. Today we have a validated solution and we have implemented Employee Central (incl. time off), PM/GM (incl. 360˚), Recruitment and Validated Learning – most of them globally.
You will join a small but very ambitious team and you will report to the Senior HR Partner & HRIS Manager in Corporate HR. This newly established position is based at the Ambu headquarter in Ballerup.
Implementations and support to the business – no two days will be the same
In the position as HRIS Professional you will participate in implementation projects of new value adding modules and rolling out current modules even further. We have some very ambitious implementation plans and your contributions will be key for us to succeed.
For both current and future modules you will have an important role in ensuring that our employees, leaders and local superusers understand and utilize the functionality in order to ensure that the expected business benefits are obtained.
It will also be your responsibility to generate value adding reports across the suite that will provide great business insight to our global leaders.
SuccessFactors experience and intercultural skills
What makes you a great match for this position is not your educational background, but rather your experience and knowledge with SuccessFactors and your interest in new technology. To succeed in this position, you have a few years of experience from a similar position within HR and you provide world class support to our global employees, leaders and superusers.
As a person you have a positive attitude and good business understanding. You have a structured approach to your tasks and are attentive to details. As our new HRIS Professional, you will collaborate with colleagues from various departments globally, therefore you must have good collaboration and intercultural skills.
