We are currently experiencing massive growth and are looking for a talented and experienced HR Business & Development Partner who will work as a HR Business Partner for specific departments and as a HR Development Partner driving global development projects and processes.
You will join an ambitious, growing and business driven HR team consisting of 7 colleagues. You will work out of our Headquarter in Ballerup, Copenhagen, and you will report to the Senior HR Business & Development Manager
Business driven HR with a vital impact
You will be working closely with managers in your area covering different business functions, supporting in all HR activities and you will drive specific HR Development projects and processes which means that you will have a great opportunity to influence the local and the global organisation.
More specific but not limited to, your two main areas of responsibility will be to

To succeed in this role, you must pose great people skills and have a natural business drive. You must be curious, open-minded and interested in cross-cultural relations. You have a personal impact on your stakeholders, and you like to work in an informal environment. You take pride in timely and professional deliveries and people find you dedicated, structured and easy to work with.
You need to have a convincing HR toolbox and minimum 5 years of experience with HR Business Partnering and have some experience with HR projects, ideally from an international company or a consultancy. We expect that you hold a master’s degree in a relevant academic field (Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related). Also, we expect that you are certified in a psychometric test (preferable in SHL) and that you are accustomed with conducting recruitment interviews.
Finally, you need to have excellent command of the English language, as it is our corporate language and you will be using English daily.

You will be working closely with managers in your area covering different business functions, supporting in all HR activities and you will drive specific HR Development projects and processes which means that you will have a great opportunity to influence the local and the global organisation.
More specific but not limited to, your two main areas of responsibility will be to
- Act as HR Business Partner and trusted advisor for the manager’s in appointed area
- Participate in translating strategic initiatives into HR operational plans and manage change processes
- Support managers in recruitments and onboarding of new employees as we are growing in all areas
- Drive and facilitate annual HR processes like AmbuDialogues (performance appraisals), Organizational People Reviews, Talent Reviews and salary regulations within your areas
- Provide HR policy guidance for promotions, demotions, performance improvement plans, compensation and benefit packages etc.
- Actively drive further development of our HR offering as a HR Development Partner
- Lead and further develop the global processes around the AmbuDialogues, Graduate Programs and Global Engagement Surveys
