Global IT is responsible for IT systems and services in LEO Pharma. We scope and design the IT architecture and IT solutions and are instrumental in delivering business transformation via the more than 100 projects which we manage. We drive LEO Pharma’s digital strategy which is ambitious and ready for the future, and which is also enabled through new, agile delivery models.
As Requisitioner, you will join CIO Services and become a valued part of a team which plays a central part in Global IT as the “service and support function” which enables Global IT to run smoothly.
In LEO Pharma, you will be able to make a significant difference for people with serious skin diseases all over the world.
The job
As IT Requisitioner, your main responsibilities are to own, manage and optimize the process for requisitioned services and goods within Global IT. You will reconcile invoices to purchase orders and make sure they are created and set up correctly in SAP. You will have daily interactions with a broad range of people from across Global IT. You will be their support and go-to person in the requisitioning process, and it will be your task to offer the support and training needed by them to be able to comply with the process. Main tasks will be to:
Own and manage the requisitioning process in Global IT Provide guidance, training and support for Global IT employees in the requisitioning process Create POs in SAP for requisitioned services and goods Reconcile invoices to purchase orders and support data entry into LEO financial management systems. Support the Head of CIO Services and the team with various project-related and/or ad hoc tasks.
Apart from handling requisitioning in Global IT, you will also provide general support to the team and Head of CIO Services. This could be various project-related and ad hoc tasks, helping with SharePoint , events or support to strategic initiatives.
Your qualifications
You have a relevant academic background (BA or equivalent) Proficiency in Office 365 Preferably SAP-experience Solid command of English, written and spoken You feel comfortable working on all levels of the organizational hierarchy Ability to work independently and take decisions where necessary
