Do you want to put your technical expertise in play and become an important part of LEO Pharma’s SAP S4H journey in our international finance team?
During the last couple of years LEO Pharma has implemented several new ways of working in Finance with SAP and with our 3rd Party Business Process Outsourcing Provider. We continue our journey of improvement with an upgrade to S4H & will focus on building robust Business Processes for Finance.
The newly formed Global Business Services team (GBS) in Finance will be the One-stop-Shop for all finance processes and solutions. In addition to finance process responsibility, the GBS team is also responsible for the service delivery performance from our 3rd Party Service provider. The GBS team is part of the wider Group Accounting, Controlling & Tax team (GACT).
As we embark on the S4H-journey, you will play a key role in designing the finance processes together with finance business process owner. Your main responsibilities will be ensuring that we have a cohesive harmonized finance system solution across all our global entities, eventually making you a systems-business process expert in finance. LEO Pharma is on its journey for a S4H-implementation and you are expected to partner with the finance process experts to design the process and drive efficiency through optimal use of the system and act as sparring partner in system functionalities. In addition to your primary focus on SAP, you will also act as systems administrator for Finance systems (for eg Blackline).

Qualifications
We imagine that you have:
- 10+ years of experience with Finance Processes & Systems
- Strong Business Experience in SAP and Finance related Applications with knowledge of Finance Consolidations combined with strong experience with full life cycle of SAP implementation phases from project preparation, process design, realization, final preparation, go-live and post go-live support
- Strong experiences with Finance System Landscapes and their interfaces to each other (eg: S4H, SAP BPC, SAP BW, Blackline, BI)
- Ability to work with a wide range of business and SAP professionals who are at different levels of S4H understanding
- High service orientation and a problem-solving approach combined with extensive Knowledge of project management practices
- We expect that you have the acumen to be able to assess the impact of initiatives across the finance system landscape. You must be ambitious and possess a strong drive when taking on new projects and tasks. You have excellent stakeholder management skills as your success depend on collaboration with other parts of the organization.
