Do you want to play a vital role in designing LEO Pharma’s core finance processes in our international finance team?
During the last couple of years LEO Pharma has implemented several new ways of working in Finance with SAP and with our 3rd Party Business Process Outsourcing Provider. We continue our journey of improvement with an upgrade to S4H and will focus on building robust Business Processes for Finance.
The newly formed Global Business Services team (GBS) in Finance will be the One-stop-Shop for all finance processes and solutions. In addition to finance process responsibility, the GBS team is also responsible for the service delivery performance from our 3rd Party Service provider. The GBS team is part of the wider Group Accounting, Controlling & Tax team (GACT).
As we embark on the journey to optimize and standardize our finance processes globally, you will be expected to own the end to-end-process flows for the selected core processes assigned to you. This means that you will have the design responsibility as well as the full mandate to execute on all Finance Process, Standardization and Solution related queries.
In this role you will be a key member of the Finance Business Processes team supporting our Finance Processes. Our team is focused on building finance processes through partnering with various teams in the organization, who operate the processes. This means that you will need to be comfortable in working in a dynamic environment and have strong diagnostic skills to define and design processes – and implement it in the organization through training, manuals and so forth. Via the design, you also ensure that internal controls are embed in the processes and anchored in the Line of Business organization both within and outside Finance. You are also empowered to identify and prioritize improvements and are responsible for the measurement of the improvement. LEO Pharma is currently at the start of its S4H journey, making this an excellent opportunity to participate in the process design at the foundation level.

Qualifications
We imagine that you have:
- A finance degree, eg. cand.merc.aud or other relevant master studies, and several years solid accounting or finance process experience from a large international company,
- Have a good understanding of financial reporting & accounting.
- Great sense of responsibility – ie “you see it, you own it”-attitude and a genuine desire to improve things.
- You are an out of the box thinker and can effectively collaboration in international environments
- Solid analytical, execution and communication skills in English and preferably another language as well.
