The job
As our new HR Consultant your main focus will be to:
You will report directly to the group HR director and be a part of a global HR team who prioritizes proximity with the business and therefore works distributed across 4 countries.
What do we expect from you?
To be a success in this role you have solid experience from a similar position – preferably in the technology industry. You have a relevant higher education qualification such as a Master Degree in Human Resource.
You are passionate about working with HR projects and processes and you have a broad experience from working with many different HR tasks. You are ambitious and committed to your work. You are a team-player, but because your team will be located in many different locations it's important that you are proactive, like working independently and that you have an easy time building relationships and trust.
You have excellent communication skills, are familiar with the Scandinavian languages and fluent in written and spoken English.

The job
As our new HR Consultant your main focus will be to:
- driving cross-organizationalprojects and annually HR activities such as employee engagement surveys, people review, work environment and salary benchmark.
- working closely together with our HR Business Partners supporting them on organizational changes, business development, advising managers etc.
- implementing new HRIS
- contribute to further developing and implementation of our general HR processes and tools.
