You will as a Data Migration Lead being responsible for driving the data migration to the D365FO solution for GN Hearing on a global scale and take on the responsibility of both the one driving the project forward as well as being hands on with the migration.
Your primary responsibility is to ensure the clear communication as well as coordination between stakeholders, that including everyone from source system data owners, local data- and process owners as well as external consultants e.g. from the integration team and GN’s global master data team.
You will be working 30 % hands on with data migration e.g. data cleansing and data transformation. The remaining 70 % you will be responsible for being the lead on the migration project and hereby defining the overall scope and approach of and to the migration.
Furthermore, a large part of your role will also be to communicate with the stakeholders in the organisation as to ensure their understanding of the importance of the project as well as ensuring the right data. You will in this change management process also have the support of two Change Managers working on helping the organisation to see the value of investing in this as a long-term process.
As you will be working with GN Hearing on this migration, who making regulated products, there will be an enhanced focus on validation as well as making sure that everything in relation to data, testing and documentation is being done accordingly.
