As a GN Global Finance Graduate, we offer you a two-year program where you will get hands-on experience by working in three different business areas, including 8 months abroad. Throughout the program, you will be supported by excellent leaders, program sponsors and a mentor, and you will get a great network of fellow Engineering, Finance and Marketing Graduates with a focus on developing cross-functional relations.

Gain unique insights from a range of finance functions
Throughout the 24 months, you will experience a steep learning curve, working on several projects that give a holistic understanding of the finance function in a listed, international company. Working in the tech industry, you will navigate in a fast-changing environment, and you will work with many stakeholders on different levels. Quickly, you will gain a strong network across GN as well as valuable experience in project management.
As a Finance Graduate, we offer you rotation opportunities within Global Finance, Business Finance, Group & Financial reporting, M&A, Investor Relations and Regional Finance – all offering you essential perspectives on finance and business development for a strong start to your finance career at GN.

- Have achieved excellent results which are shown in your grade point average
- Have relevant experience from previous student jobs, internships or similar

- Are curious, energetic, positive and a self-driven team player
- Find it easy to develop and maintain good relations and possess strong collaborative skills
- Are ready to start September 2021
