At GN Audio, we work to lead major technology shifts with intelligent audio solutions. To make sure we are always ahead of the game, our R&D function works continuously on innovating and optimizing our development and production processes of our Jabra headsets through various projects.
Therefore, we have a PMO that defines and maintains standards for project management across all our different business units. The PMO is the keeper of best practices, project status and direction to deliver value to management, stakeholders and development programs.
This is where you come into the picture.
Support your team – and take care of the details
As our new R&D portfolio assistant, you will coordinate a wide range of activities for your PMO team comprising of 6 colleagues, e.g. our portfolio partners, business analysts and Head of R&D PMO.
You will make sure our workday runs as a well-oiled machine and make all loose ends come together.
Among other tasks, you will:

There are several ways into this position. Maybe you have several years of experience with administrative tasks. Or maybe you just graduated and are in the beginning of your career. Either way, you truly enjoy creating an organized setting where you are the one who makes everything run smoothly.

As our new R&D portfolio assistant, you will coordinate a wide range of activities for your PMO team comprising of 6 colleagues, e.g. our portfolio partners, business analysts and Head of R&D PMO.
You will make sure our workday runs as a well-oiled machine and make all loose ends come together.
Among other tasks, you will:
- Coordinate and participate in meetings, e.g. sending invites, collecting agenda topics and taking minutes
- Maintain and structure our SharePoint site to keep it updated with relevant topics and the right elements
- Keep our large amounts of data on R&D projects up to date in SAP to make sure we are in control of budget, resources and funding
- Register new R&D and PMO employees in our database
- Liaise with colleagues e.g. from Finance and project managers from R&D to open and close projects, keep track of project numbers, etc.
- Take part in creating user guides and manuals for our new Project Management Tool (PPM), which we will introduce soon

- Bring a bachelor’s or a masters’ degree – the field is not so important to us, but your degree could be within business, administration or similar – and if you have a wish to work part time (around 30 hours a week), that would work for us as well
- Have experience with Excel and PowerPoint
- Might be familiar with SAP, SharePoint, Power BI or Power apps – but it is not a requirement
- Thrive in a set-up where not all processes are established, but where you will help us create them
- Love doing administrative tasks and making sure that things are done in a proper way
- Speak and write English effortlessly
