As Agile Coach, you will be part of the Lean-Agile Center of Excellence in Global IT at the LEO Pharma headquarters in Ballerup. You will be responsible for transforming our IT organization and collaborate with our Line of Business to support and facilitate the adoption of Lean-Agile ways of working across LEO Pharma.

Key responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Lean-Agile Center of Excellence, you will serve as Agile Coach in LEO Global IT and ensure multi-disciplinary collaboration across areas to succeed with the organizational adoption of agile practices. You will play a key part in developing, co-creating and implementing the transformation through facilitation of cultural change, simplifying existing processes and introducing new structures.
The role involves engaging with and coaching people across Global IT and influencing the transition towards a fast learning organization.

Key responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Lean-Agile Center of Excellence, you will serve as Agile Coach in LEO Global IT and ensure multi-disciplinary collaboration across areas to succeed with the organizational adoption of agile practices. You will play a key part in developing, co-creating and implementing the transformation through facilitation of cultural change, simplifying existing processes and introducing new structures.

We would like to hear from you if you can demonstrate
- 5+ years of experience as Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer or similar (leading an organization through a waterfall-to-agile transition using Scaled Agile Framework - SAFe)
- Excellent theoretical and practical competences of agile product development principles & methods and organizational change management practices
- Ability to communicate and influence people at all levels within an enterprise using systems thinking and professional coaching skills
- A deep understanding of the tools and methods for the product strategy definition, product roadmap, product backlog management, and the software agile development processes
- Strong analytical and communicative capabilities embedded in a servant leadership mindset
We expect you to
- Identify and implement the organizational structures & processes that need to change to achieve a learning culture and foster an Agile mindset and teams
- Coach people to develop product strategy, vision and roadmap, setup Agile Release Trains, Scrum Teams and the product development framework
- Take on the role as Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer to lead by example
- Organize and run workshops to coach leaders, team members, Product Owners and the wider business in Lean-Agile product development principles & methods
- Be a great influencer and a coach of leaders and teams
- Set up objective metrics for the agile transformation
