As a student assistant in the Site Start Up Department you will not only get the possibility to obtain invaluable real-life knowledge to the benefit of your future career. Additionally, you get the opportunity to make a significant difference for people with serious skin diseases all over the world.
In this position you will get the opportunity to provide significant support to the Site Start Up Department to optimise department activities, hereby adding value to start-up of clinical trials in LEO Pharma. A varied job, requiring intensive use of technology and a wide range of quality, administrative, and technical skills. You will be expected to deal with a variety of tasks efficiently and independently and deliver to timelines:
You have an outgoing personality and highly developed situational judgement that complement your ability to establish positive relations and deliver quality work before deadline. A cross-cultural experience will give you a head start, and to succeed in this job, you must be able to maintain a good dialogue with the involved parties.
The Site Start Up team is a global team based in US, Denmark and other locations across EU. We work as a strong and inclusive team and is open to teach you about how we work and the value we create to LEO Pharma. The job
In this position you will get the opportunity to provide significant support to the Site Start Up Department to optimise department activities, hereby adding value to start-up of clinical trials in LEO Pharma. A varied job, requiring intensive use of technology and a wide range of quality, administrative, and technical skills. You will be expected to deal with a variety of tasks efficiently and independently and deliver to timelines:
- Drafting of templates for trial agreements
- Filing documents in our Clinical Trial Management System
- Ensuring quality control of documents before signatures
- Assisting in changing legal templates and keeping track of version control
- Assisting the team in ensuring signatures for our Clinical Trial Agreements and Confidentiality Agreements
Your qualifications
- You are on the last part of your bachelor’s degree or have just commenced your master’s degree in law, economics, pharmaceutical sciences or alike
- An eye for details and a quality mindset
- Ready to work approximately 20-25 hours per week – with flexibility during exam periods.
- Excel wizard and generally comfortable with handling data.
