Inventory Management and Distribution Lead
Are you ready to manage our inventory levels, working closely with our 3PL in Poland to maintain stock accuracy and manage stock allocation across our markets within Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Russia?
Step into this highly international position and become our face towards our third-party logistics partner (3PL).
Here, you will take on an independent role and ensure inventory accuracy, so our Jabra headsets reach our customers in the right amounts and at the right time.

Joining our international Regional Planning & Fulfillment team, you will collaborate with our skilled order management team and regional supply planners responsible for our markets within EMEA. Here, you will take on a hands-on role in a diverse team based at our HQ in Ballerup and offices in the UK, France and Germany.
Manage our 3PL, inventory and stocks
You will take on an independent role as the go-to person for the colleagues in your team. Thus, you will be our face towards our 3PL and become responsible for the inbound/outbound flow and inventory management in cooperation with our 3PL.
To ensure the highest possible quality, it is crucial that you keep track of and monitor our stock allocation, ensuring inventory alignment between GN and our 3PL.
“If we don’t have almost 100% accuracy in our inventory, we could risk that an order is sent to our Picking without them actually having the product in stock. You will ensure that our headsets are delivered in full and on time,” explains Helle Bishop, Senior Manager, Regional Planning & Fulfillment.

Moreover, you will:
- Monitor and manage inbound/outbound transactions and shipments with 3PL and ensure they run daily cycle counts
- Coordinate stock allocation in alignment with Sales, RSP & Customer Service and fulfillment representatives
- Function as an ERP/AX superuser just as you will manage inventory alignment between GN’s and 3PL’s IT systems
- Prepare reports on KPI scores and inventory reconciliation, including root cause analysis
- Collaborate closely with 3PL to optimize and clarify e.g. transaction and shipment processes
- Ensure that all EDI signals from our 3PL are received and posted correctly in our system every day
- Take ownership of monthly location clean-ups at our European warehouses
You like to take ownership
Well-acquainted with the world of inventory management and distribution, you are able to make decisions independently while prioritizing and managing your own time and our deadlines. You are analytic to the bone and like to take ownership and shape the daily processes.
Moreover, you:
- Have solid experience from a similar role, maybe as an inventory controller or within fulfillment and operations within a supply chain or similar
- Are an experienced user of an ERP system – if you know AX, it is an advantage but not a requirement
- Bring the flexibility to travel 3-6 days a year to visit our 3PL
- Speak and write English effortlessly
