Support business critical compliance initiatives and projects



As a student assistant in our department, you will become a part of a highly experienced professional team which focuses on rolling out compliance activities in the entire organization. You will gain insights into Compliance & Ethics, Communication, e-learning & training, events and other activities. Your primary tasks will be to:

  • Supporting and developing our Learning Management System including training material, implementing the translation process, running tests and monitoring completion rates
  • Processing and analysing data to be used for Learning Management System, compliance performance reporting, dashboard development and monitoring program.
  • Ensuring operation of existing communication activities including Newsletter, podcast & awareness campaigns
  • Event management (e.g. Global Compliance Forum & Anti-Corruption Day)
  • Ad hoc tasks from different stakeholders

This a great opportunity to apply business & compliance knowledge into operational pharmaceutical environment



Preferably you are early master’s student within business administration, -management or similar and you are keen to gain insights in the dynamics of a pharmaceutical company.

It is important, that you:

  1. Have a proactive approach to assigned tasks while practicing a positive, curious and adaptative mindset
  2. Have the ability to work structured and independently on assigned tasks – sometimes with a steep learning curve - while communicating well with colleagues
  3. Are a team player with a cross-cultural understanding and mindset, able to work under pressure during certain peak periods
  4. Are a problem solver with a quality mindset and attention to details
  5. Are able to match expectations when under heavy workload
  6. Possess an analytical mindset capable of managing larger data sheets
  7. Have excellent IT experience with MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel & preferably SharePoint and other databases
  8. Have at least 1,5 years left of your study
  9. Write and speak fluent English

Global Compliance & Risk is overall responsible for the compliance program in LEO Pharma.
