Are you an experienced Technical Platform Partner Manager with flair for low level firmware and chipset development and do you have experience with partner management?
GN Audio is looking for a Technical Platform Manager to be the main operational point of entry with our Chipset partners.

Our department is part of the R&D organisation, and we are responsible for specifying, designing, implementing and testing of software, DSP, and Video solutions for GN Audio. Doing so, we contribute to our goal of leading major technology shifts within intelligent audio solutions.
Work on new development projects and improve existing software solutions
Together with the scrum teams, and in cooperation with the agile release train scrum masters and product owners, you will take part in maintaining and developing GN Audio's software platforms for current and future products.
You will be responsible for steering the operational cooperation with our Chipset partners. To communicate and track development progress, you will be in charge of creating the structures to efficiently support this as well as managing the internal stakeholders and reporting.
In a peer-to-peer setup you know when to involve the relevant internal specialists from the Platform teams in order to optimize case lead times and facilitate technical assessments.
The platform works across 3 different locations: Ballerup - DK, Xiamen - CN and Cupertino – US and thus great planning skills as well as cultural understanding are key to succeed in this dynamic technical environment.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
As the main point of contact with our Partners, you will facilitate technical meetings and communicate status on our support cases. You have a good understanding of which stakeholders to include as you are a natural born relationship builder as well as a skilled prioritizer, ensuring that key support cases are getting solved. You will set up the framework for your area of responsibility including both internal and external focus.

What is important is your interest in electronics and your ability to collaborate efficiently with others as you will often be in contact with colleagues from other divisions to ensure optimal synthesis between hardware and software.

- Align requirements between teams
- Plan and schedule deliverables
- Track the deliverables and follow up
- Ensure priority alignment
- Organize meetings with relevant stakeholders
- Align support cases
- Ensure transparency through-out

It is an advantage if you have:
- A relevant engineering Bachelor or Master degree within electronics, software, or relevant experience
- Experience with Agile project management, preferably SAFe
- Hands on knowledge with embedded development
- Interest in providing the right customer experience
- Fluent English skills as you will take part of a multicultural environment
- A technical background within chipset development or firmware development
