A new team focused on after-sales optimization processes
Joining the Service Optimization Team, you will be based out of Ballerup where you will play a big role in shaping the team, the direction and our culture, since we are still in the process of building the team.
We support a range of functions across our EMEA sites optimizing systems, processes, how we report, etc., specifically for our after-sales functions. Therefore, our work is in a very international setting with touch points across Europe.
Optimize return policies across our organization
As our new commercial return specialist, you will be looking at how we can create structure and unity across our European sites, when it comes to our returns and after-sales area. In this way, we can deliver fast and great service to our customers all over Europe.
Working with our entire chain of returns, you will get to cooperate closely with both management, Finance, our operations organization as well as our repair department and customer service employees.
Specifically, your tasks and responsibilities include:

Customer focus and great data skills
With your strong analytical abilities and flair for data, you know how to turn results into tangible solutions and apply them in a commercial setting with a constant eye on the great customer experience. You are a natural when it comes to looking at processes with a new eye, and you are not afraid to challenge status quo.
Lastly, you have solid communication and stakeholder skills, enabling you collaborate with people on all professional levels and in multiple geographical locations.

- Structuring and aligning policies and guidelines for returns across EMEA region
- Developing governance model for deviating from regional guidelines
- Collaborating with regional finance departments to maintain full transparency of cost related to returns
- Identifying and implementing ways to improve our systems and processes to ensure an exceptional customer experience in line with industry best practice and business priorities
- Utilizing data to prepare and present reports and make recommendations in relation to returns

We also imagine that you:
- Have solid experience with optimization of business processes, especially after-sales processes
- Have excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in English
- Have a proven track record of leading changes in cross-culture work environments and managing virtual teams
- Have advanced knowledge of customer service IT systems such as CRM, ERP systems and claim systems, including utilization of RPA
- Can travel 20-30 days per year when relevant
