You will join our Transformation Office
As our new Transformation Student Assistant, you will be part of our recently established Transformation Office, which drives and supports major transformation initiatives across Ramboll’s support functions with the aim of optimizing how we operate. The team consists of two Transformation Partners, a Communications Partner, a Change Specialist, the Head of Transformation Office and yourself, who all sit in our HQ in Copenhagen. We aim to be a team characterized by speed and agility, a desire to challenge the status quo and a genuine curiosity for how we can improve.

A Student Assistant is expected to work 15-20 hours a week, however we do offer flexibility with regards to academic commitments. Student positions are compensated in accordance with the academic level and the rules around the “SU” law.
As a Student Assistant within Transformation in Ramboll, you will be well-position for a future career in Corporate Transformations, Management Consulting, Project Management and related areas.

You will join our Transformation Office

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Supporting the Transformation Office through a broad range of tasks such as
- Owning our benefit tracking tool, ensuring on time reporting from workstreams and providing system support when needed
- Preparation of presentations and communications material for senior stakeholders
- Support in developing project plans
- Business case development, analyses and reporting
- Coordination and preparation of meetings, workshops etc.
- General project support
- Other ad-hoc tasks that fit your profile and professional goals

- Relevant academic background: studying towards a Master-level degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field of study with a strong track-record
- Strong analytical skills
- Effective communication skills
- Experienced MS Office user, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Flair for IT tools and BI dashboards is an advantages
- Relevant project, course or case experience is an advantage
- International experience through studies or work is an advantage
- Experience from large organizations is an advantage
- Fluency in English – written and verbal (Danish is not required)
Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include:
- Quick and agile mind combined with a desire to learn and develop
- Outstanding problem-solving skills
- Strong team player skills and ability to cooperate across organisational borders
- Attention to detail and the ability to uphold stringent quality of deliverables
