Access Control tasks in the SAP S/4 Hana program
Due to increased activities and growth, LEO Pharma A/S is looking for an Access Control Associate, with limited experience, who will have the opportunity to be part of the Access Control SAP S/4 Hana roll out. You will join a passionate team, where you will be responsible for executing on the Access Control various modules in the program. S/4 Hana Program - close to the business
As Access Control Associate, you will be part of Access Management & Risk team in Global IT, at the same time be part of the S/4 Hana Program. With an agile mindset, you will execute and work on the SAP S/4 Hana Access Control project deliverables, which means that then you will be included in the entire process from analysis to implementation, and future rollouts.

In this role, it is important that you can both challenge organizational decisions as well as adapt to the business needs. Furthermore, you should be able to create valuable relationships with a wide number of stakeholders and have a proactive approach to the tasks at hand.
Overall, the Associate is accountable for supporting Access Control module of the project scope throughout all or parts of the project phases relevant for concept and execution.

Access Control Associate

Overall, the Associate is accountable for supporting Access Control module of the project scope throughout all or parts of the project phases relevant for concept and execution.
Your tasks include:
- Embrace the project activities, being able to evaluate progress and quality, and to manage issue resolution process, and maintaining the quality of all project documentation and data.
- Work with the other project teams and line of business representatives ensuring that proposed design fits the processes, and to report analysed data and communicate results.
- Support on the review of potential risks or benefits involved in using the specified technology solution to address the project requirement.
- Set directions and deliver results within SAP S/4 Hana Access Control project phases.
- Build bridge between SAP S/4 Hana Access Control project team and the Access Management team.
- Ensures adherence to design principles and standards within Access Control
As LEO Pharma is looking for a new colleague, we expect your background is:
- You have a bachelour or master on computer science, technical studies or has hands on experience with application access control.
- Understanding of project management toolbox and processes.
- Professional English skills, both written and spoken
- Experience from a regulated industry is an advantage
- Proficient in various computer applications like word processor, spreadsheet, power point, database software, and the internet. Excel proficiency is a must.
- Understanding of system access control principles and governances is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and still complete projects within set deadline.
