Do you thrive in solving issues that might not have an obvious solution, may be a bit nerdy when it comes to IT Infrastructure or maybe you just enjoy working with a broad variety of technologies? Then the position as System Engineer at Thales RCS may be something for you!
You will join an Operations & Architecture team of 13 Specialists working across a complex infrastructure and a custom set of applications. As part of the Operations & Architecture team you will have the responsibility to ensure a stable operation of the system as well as different tools and applications supporting the system. Thales RCS is introducing a new cloud first strategy for supporting systems in 2021, however most of the core system will remain on-premise.

You probably:
- Know a lot about operating an on-premise Windows infrastructure
- have a lot of knowledge in PowerShell, .net and how to do daily operations. Potentially also with queries towards MS SQL
- Have a natural drive and curiosity when it comes to solving mysterious issues
Thales would:
- Be happy if you know something about 3rd level application support – especially custom-built applications
- Appreciate if you have experience in working with 3rd party vendors
- Know a bit Network (LAN)
- SAN Storage and backup
