Are you a project manager with experience in IT projects? Do you want to work with Greentech? Do you want to be the link between Cubris' skilled software developers and their customers? And are you excited by the idea of being able to contribute to a more efficient use of energy and achieve this effect by using some of the most advanced technology available today? As project manager at Cubris, you will have a crucial role between customers and colleagues when the market's most innovative solutions for reducing energy consumption in train operations are developed and implemented.
We expect you to contribute:
As a project manager, you will be the primary link between customers and the development department. You must continuously ensure that there is a correspondence between the customer's expectations and the actual deliveries. You must, with the assistance of Cubris' experts, guide the customer to achieve the best possible solution, while at the same time firmly safeguarding the company's commercial and contractual interests. You will periodically and in connection with activities such as acceptance and roll-out of solutions visit the customer and be on-site where Cubris' solutions must win acceptance among the customer's experts and end users.
The duration of the projects is typically 1-2 years, and we expect that you can handle the management of 2-3 projects in parallel, obviously depending on project size and complexity.

We expect you to contribute:
- A background with a higher technical education and with minimum 2 years of experience as IT project manager
- Fluent English in speech and writing. Other languages will be an advantage, but are not a requirement
- Experience in project management of technology-intensive projects
- Skilled stakeholder management
- Insight in project planning, estimation and other essential Project Manager tools – f. inst. with a certification in one or more methods (such as PRINCE2)
- Being a visible project manager who provides constructive feedback and helps to create a framework for a good development environment
- Willingness to travel 20-30 days a year
- Personal systematic approach, persistence, good overview and with great capacity for work
- Not least, humour and a positive mindset in relation to colleagues and customers

- Created a close relationship and dialogue with the development team and the delivery team and have ensured good working relationships
- Taken on a role as a challenger to the development team
- Taken care of effective planning, management and execution of project plans
- Assumed responsibility for effectively managing outstanding issues, inconsistencies and project risks
- Taken on a role that creates trust, respect and good dialogue with customers
- Contributed with overview, constructive feedback and progress in specific development and delivery projects
