We are looking for an Enterprise Risk Specialist and a Manager to join our team.


Supporting LEO Pharma in managing its top enterprise-wide risks


LEO Pharma has embarked on an ambitious journey to become the world's preferred dermatology care partner. This creates exciting opportunities but is also associated with risks that need to be managed appropriately.
The key purpose of the role is thus to support and drive the development, implementation and operation of a value-adding, tailored Enterprise Risk Management program and process, grounded in better practice. This will enable LEO Pharma to continuously identify, evaluate, mitigate, and monitor top enterprise-wide risks and thereby support the company in achieving our 2030 Strategy.
You will be joining a dedicated team within the Global Risk and Compliance Office, reporting to Director, Global Risk and Compliance.
In this role, you will get the opportunity to make a significant difference for people with serious skin diseases all over the world.

The job


This is a unique opportunity for you to join a team with high ambitions and really shape how Enterprise Risk Management will be done at LEO Pharma. In this role, you will be involved in the following activities:

  • supporting/driving the development of the Enterprise Risk Management program, including governance, policies and procedures, process, tools, and templates
  • rolling out the program across the organization, including training various stakeholders, raising awareness, and similar
  • executing the Enterprise Risk Management process, including conducting interviews and workshops, acting as a partner to the line of business, etc.
  • ensuring high-quality reporting of risk information to relevant stakeholders
  • promoting the desired risk management culture across the organization and embedding risk thinking in key decisions
  • achieving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

You will work with stakeholders at different levels across LEO Pharma’s entire global value chain. This will enable you to gain truly unique understanding of and insights into how a global pharmaceutical company operates. To succeed in the role, strong communication and stakeholder management skills will be required. And equally so will precision, attention to detail, and ability to comprehend and analyze a lot of information quickly.

Your qualifications


We envisage that you have a master's degree in business administration, risk management, engineering, or similar. You may be relatively early in your career with 1-4 years of experience (specialist) or, alternatively, are a more seasoned professional with 5+ years (manager). Importantly, you have experience (and interest) in enterprise risk management or risk management broadly (e.g., in the context of IT, production, audit, etc.).

In addition, you have:

  • knowledge of various risk management standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 31000, COSO, etc.)
  • strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • intercultural proficiency
  • precision, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively with large quantities of information
  • good knowledge of MS Word and Powerpoint
  • good command of English, written and spoken.

Experience in the pharmaceutical or medtech industry is not a must but is considered an advantage.
