We are currently undergoing a strategic transformation from a product-oriented manufacturer to a customer-driven global solutions partner, where investments in new technologies and the intelligent use of data will enable us to meet our customers’ demands more effectively.
Drive the global roll-out of our standardized service contracts
An important part of Nilfisk’s future success is to provide our customers with new standardized solutions. As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for the roll-out of our new standardized service contracts, where you are expected to engage with international stakeholders in all markets across the globe. You will drive the roll-out of our service contract offering and be responsible to ensure local market adoption in collaboration with local sales and service. Nilfisk is undergoing a digital transformation where more and more products will be connected to our cloud and you are, therefore also, expected to further develop our service offering utilizing the data we collect from our equipment.
In this role, you will become a member of the Service & New Business Models team, that drives the commercial agenda of digitally connecting our fleet of machines, establishing new service models and new rental offerings. You will work closely with Service Managers, Sales and local stakeholders to ensure the success of our service contracts. You will also get the opportunity to support and develop new commercial initiatives within Service & New Business Models. The position is located in the Nilfisk HQ, Brøndby (Greater Copenhagen, Denmark) or Budapest (Hungary).
Your responsibilities will include:
Proactive and Commercial minded consultant
We imagine you have a degree in Business or Economics together with a natural commercial mindset. You to have 3-5 years of consultant experience from a leading consulting company, alternatively a similar position from the industry, where you have had a business development role and experience within management consulting, business intelligence or commercial modelling. A passion or working knowledge for commercial modelling, business development, visualization and communication would be a plus. You are fluent in English as you mostly will communicate in this language. Additionally, you have advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and are good at communicating with international stakeholders.

- Align project plan across service and sales stakeholders
- Drive work to make required local adjustments to global model
- Coordinate marketing activities related to service
- Create training material and coordinate training effort across markets
- Define backend processes and implement changes in corporation with customer care
- Implement service KPIs and incentives
- Ongoing follow-up with sales and service on performance
- Develop our offering in a digital direction
