LEO Pharma has embarked on a very ambitious journey to become the world’s preferred dermatology care partner – and that is why we need you. The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) department gathers three teams that play a central role in supporting line of business to achieve LEO Pharma long term objectives: Corporate Planning & Reporting (CP&R), Financial Management Information (FMI) and the Center for Analytics (CfA). FP&A purpose is to spearhead areas of financial planning, management reporting, creating insights via analytics, and to secure strong data structure and governance.
We are looking for a passionate and IT/technically skilled student assistant to support experienced colleagues in the FMI and the CfA teams. You will primarily be responsi-ble for running Analytics and Business Intelligence (A&BI) operational activities and ensure all our stakeholders can rely on and trust one set of financial data. You will also be involved in development projects to continuously improve reporting solutions, either through enhancement of existing solutions or design and implementation of new reports and dashboards. On the longer term and if you have the appetite to learn, you may join our pioneers in exploring the full potential of Microsoft Power Platform, with custom app development and process automation.
As a student assistant you will support the CfA and FMI teams with recurring and development tasks:
Recurring operational tasks
Development A&BI tasks
Working hours are expected to be between 15-20 hours/week, and you are available between working day -2 and +5 each month for month end closing tasks. Hours are flexible during exam periods.

The job
We are looking for a passionate and IT/technically skilled student assistant to support experienced colleagues in the FMI and the CfA teams. As a student assistant you will support the CfA and FMI teams with recurring and development tasks:
Recurring operational tasks
- Reconciliation of data across systems and applications (support to month end closing process)
- Quality check data for reports and tools pre-launch activities
- Update and refresh of recurring finance reports and dashboards, including general maintenance (MS Excel and Power BI)
- General administration of access rights, SharePoint / Teams sites, Power BI workspaces and CfA portal, including Power App management
Development A&BI tasks
- Continuous technical improvement of existing reports and dashboards (MS Excel and Power BI, potentially build on Power Platform technology)
- Support in developing new reporting and analytics solutions within the CfA Project Management framework
- Learn and apply best practices (e.g. optimize Power BI / MS Excel performance, drive layout consistency across reports and dashboards, write technical documen-tation and process documentation)
- Facilitate monthly meetings such as continuous customer feedback sessions and usage metrics reviews

Your qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree level education (Engineering/IT/Finance & Accounting/Data & Analytics)
- Must have superior analytical skills and ability to solve problems (preferably within finance, although not mandatory)
- Must have advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data modelling with Power Pivot and Power Query
- Experience with Power BI or Power Platform in general is an advantage
- Knowledge of SAP Analysis for Office is preferable but not a pre-requisite
- As a self-starter, you are proactive, ambitious, curious, and ready to explore possibilities within processes, IT tools and technologies, having an attitude of continu-ous learning
- You are a team player, good communicator, ready to share your knowledge and help the team to grow together
- You are fluent in English (we are working in an international environment)
