To ensure accurate usage of our devices, we need a Global Labelling Specialist to drive the maintenance and development of product labels and Instructions for Use (IFUs) of Ambu’s existing and future products, and to ensure consistency across our labelling and IFUs. As our new Global Labelling
Specialist you will have the opportunity to both influence the position and to manage your own area. You will be a part of the Global Labelling and Technical Marketing team and you will report to the Director of Global Labelling and Tech. Marketing.
The position is based at the Ambu headquarter in Ballerup.
Developing labels and IFUs
In the position as Global Labelling Specialist you will work on both labelling maintenance and labelling development projects in parallel, where you will be responsible for ensuring that the labelling and IFUs are updated or developed.
These tasks are largely a cross-functional team effort and you will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to succeed with your tasks.
Experienced Professional With a Strong Personal Drive
To succeed in this position, you have experience from a similar position, ideally from another medical device company. You have solid experience with relevant IT systems. It is an advantage if you are familiar with the general labelling requirements for medical devices.
As a person you have a strong personal drive and a positive attitude. You are detail-oriented and structured, just as you have the ability to handle many tasks at the same time. As our new Global Labelling Specialist you will collaborate with colleagues from various departments, therefore it is vital that you have good collaboration skills. Furthermore, it is essential that you are a strong coordination talent.
