Job Description

As our student worker within HR, you will have the opportunity to work in a global company while developing your organizational skills. This position offers the possibility to work with a variety of tasks within HR, employer branding and personnel marketing. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to work with HR colleagues in the Nordic region including Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, and Latvia.
Your primary tasks will be:
- Assist HR Manager and HR Business Partner with recruitment activities, e.g., posting job ads, maintaining the job position on our recruitment system or assist with scheduling interviews etc.
- Acting as a go-to partner for recruitment related topics. This could e.g. clean-up activities in our recruitment system, insuring our recruitment KPI’s are met, or simply as support for hiring managers across the Nordics.
- Update our Learning and Development Community with latest activities, create regular blog posts on the topic of learning and development, and implement new initiatives from Bosch Learning Center or Bosch Training Center.
- Involvement on Nordic employer branding by organizing and facilitating quarterly MS Teams meetings, following up with the other HR locations and updating our employer branding communities.
- Onboarding and offboarding activities such as putting together onboarding plans for our new associates as well as providing them with all required information prior to their first day at work. Additionally, you will be involved in formalizing and driving a sound offboarding procedure for our leaving associates.
- HR development project. We are continuously striving to improve HR in the Nordics, and we would like your inputs and your help making HR at Bosch one of the best in the world.
- Driving diversity initiatives and awareness campaigns. At Bosch, diversity is one of our core values, thus this is something we devote a lot of attention to.
- Act as first level support for our HRIT systems such as TalentHub (recruitment), MyBenefits (benefits) and more.
- Regular updating our Nordic career pages by e.g., ensuring the page is following our corporate guidelines in terms of communication and content.
- Support with our digital GDPR compliant filing system.
Qualifications
We imagine that you are a university student within the fields of Human Resource Management, Business administration, Communication or similar with a strong interest in the Human Resource Management Field. In addition to this, we expect you to:
- Be fluent in English both verbally and in writing
- You are self-directed, with a strong sense of initiative and have the ability to work in an international environment.
- Be service minded. HR is a support function, and you will be supporting our colleagues around the Nordics a great deal.
