P58, our new SAP system, is a global sales and service ERP system which enables globally harmonized processes across Siemens Healthineers. This system will be rolled out globally over the next years ahead. In this role, you will join project for the Nordic Zone, and in the future, Southern Europe, France/Belgium & Africa + UK and Ireland.
You will operate in a highly international environment with experts from the Business, IT and External consultants. Together you will make one of our most important and strategic projects a success.
Overview of the Project Assistant Student Worker function:
This function supports our Project Management Officer (PMO), the Head of Local Deployment and the Team Members with planning, coordination, communication as well as other ad-hoc tasks. As communication and coordination will be a great part of this role a proactive mindset and can-do attitude will be key. In the beginning and along the way in the role, you will get support from our PMO and closely collaborate with them. An important task of the role will be to coordinate workshops/meetings with both small and large audiences, as well as communicating to stakeholders across the organization and media channels. Hence, you will also be able to develop these skills in this role. Expected weekly hours are between 15-25 hours.

- Follow-up on tasks on behalf of the PMO and Head of Local Deployment
- Create and maintain the Local Deployment Communication Matrix
- Support the Local Deployment Team with communication and coordination
- Contribute to the creation of the monthly Newsletter as well as regular MS Teams posts
- Create and maintain our SharePoint structure
- Training and Meeting organization from a logistics perspective
- Follow-up on activities, tasks, and deadlines
- Support PMO with ad-hoc tasks
Great communication, structuring and coordination skills:
- On-going education at bachelor level or above, e.g., Economics, Business Administration, Strategy, Marketing/Communication, Project Management or similar
- Ability to set-up structure and coordination measures
- Skilled in Microsoft Office
- Interest in working with international, multicultural teams
- Affinity to IT, processes, numbers, and analysis
- True team player who demonstrates a collaborative and engaging approach
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in English is mandatory
