EG is looking for a Service and Support Process and Onboarding Lead with reference to the Head of Corporate PMO who is a part of the EG corporate management team. A part of EG's stratEGy, as the leading vertical software company in Scandinavia, is to acquire vertical software companies and here you will play an important role in leading the onboarding of the companies. Since EG was founded in 1977, we have acquired many companies and in the last 3 years EG have made 27 acqusitions.

Key responsibilities and tasks:

As our Service and Support Process and Onboarding Lead you will drive the onboarding of acquired companies, with focus on the service and support processes while leading how process improvement benefits the entire company. Moreover, your task and responsibilities will include:

  • Demonstrate how the acquired company fits into EG's operating models service and support process
  • Lead fit gap analysis, planning, and onboarding of acquired companies on to our intEGrated service and support process and ServiceNow solution
  • Execute necessary closing the gap plan to optimize synergies and change management process.
  • Lead the onboarding onto ServiceNow and use your strong project and service management expertise
  • Plan support and education of the acquired companies relating to the the service and support hypercare process
  • Collaborate with datamigration team to capture and map the acquired companies data
  • Lead the service and support post merger intEGration track, where you will ensure execution according to the onboarding plan
  • Optimize the service and support process as operational process owner and take part in defining and executing the service and support stratEGy
  • Update and execute the ServiceNow improvement roadmap and reporting in close cooperation with the process owner and the process governance board and service and support community.

The ideal candidate

In order to drive successful onboarding of acquisitions, you will work closely together with the Head of corporate PMO, IT operations team, manager of post merger intEGrations and other post merger intEGration track leads and of course the acquired companies' management and specialists. Therefore, you need to master working in cross organizational setups and posess strong stakeholder management skills. Furthermore, we expect the following from you;

  • Experience with service and support processes and service management solutions like ServiceNow, either as a project manager or from working directly with service and support
  • Preferable an ITIL certification or other relevant education in service management
  • Preferably 3+ years consulting or service management experience
  • Experience in post merger intEGration or change management processes
  • Knowledge of business and operating models preferably from software companies
  • Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
  • Natural business process management skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills with both external and internal stakeholders
  • You thrive in environments with great complexity, high energy and parallel tasks
  • A true motivator and emphatic team player, who can deliver results
  • Speak and write English fluently, preferably Danish as well
  • Structured, persistent, result-driven
  • Experience with todays IT office applications including Microsoft Teams and Office 365
