Manager Mass Transit Service to Siemens Mobility Denmark
Siemens Mobility are looking for a manager who share our passion for keeping our customer satisfied and, ultimately, to make sure one of the key components of Copenhagen’s infrastructure, run smoothly. You manage a group of 11 skilled individuals and together you ensure compliance with our contract with Banedanmark.
The role
This recruitment is a replacement for Thomas who is our new Head of Customer Service and you will report to him. You lead a team of 11 service technicians and maintenance managers where most are stationed in Ballerup. The group is mainly handling one contract, the S-bane, including maintenance of the new signal system (CBTC). As this means passenger trains, there is a 24/7 365-days support that circulate within the group. You ensure employees are continuously developing both themselves and the solutions. In doing so, it is crucial to never lose focus on employee well-being.

Solutions that can handle the challenges of increasing traffic in major cities and airports as a consequence of increasing urbanization. We are active in the transport sector and deal, among other things, with rolling stock for railways - from high-speed trains to regional trains, locomotives, S-trains, light rail and metro. In addition, we also deal with infrastructure, such as traction current for electrification as well as safety technical solutions for railways, light rail and metro.

- Interface to projects:
- Cost Estimation
- Delivery planning
- Resource planning
- Contractual understanding
- Collaboration with our Head Quarter in Germany
- Participate in management fora’s
We are looking for

- Good communicator - both in writing and orally for larger groups
- Experience with long-term contracts for complex technical systems is a plus
- Previous leadership and/or project management experience
- Experience in business operations, including contract management, budgets and customer management
- Technical background and knowledge of the rail area or at least elements thereof – e.g. complex systems, operation of IT systems or machines
- Fluent in English, good command of the Danish language, German is a plus
