You will be part of a small team, Organisational Transformation, placed in Finance & Performance with a total of 22 colleagues, where we focus on different areas like IT strategy & innovation, digital transformation, portfolio & financial management, and people development.

About the job | Bring strategy to life and enable a strong IT delivery setup
The Organisational Transformation team is responsible for driving the organisational strategic development forward in Business IT & Digitalisation. You will work closely together with leaders and employees in a cross-Nordic collaboration to execute the strategic initiatives and anchor the strategy in the organisation.
In close collaboration with your colleagues, you will:
About you | Strong toolbox and change management skills
To be successful in the role you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position combined with a relevant academic degree. You bring experience in driving cross-organisational change management initiatives in a large Nordic organisation.
You may have worked as a management consultant, business developer, or similar role, or have experience from an IT delivery organisation on how to work with continuous optimisations.
You communicate fluently in both Danish and English, and you are comfortable with colleagues speaking in Nordic languages.

About the job | Bring strategy to life and enable a strong IT delivery setup
The Organisational Transformation team is responsible for driving the organisational strategic development forward in Business IT & Digitalisation. You will work closely together with leaders and employees in a cross-Nordic collaboration to execute the strategic initiatives and anchor the strategy in the organisation.
In close collaboration with your colleagues, you will:
- Drive and support strategic initiatives - from the initial phases to implementation in the organisation. Topics will depend on strategic focus e.g., strategic workforce planning, sourcing, etc.
- Continuously work to develop and anchor our target operating model and organisational structures to ensure clarity, transparency, and smooth cross organisational collaboration
- Run processes for defining targets (OKRs) aligned with the strategy and follow value creation
- Coordinate and prepare presentations on strategic topics for our CIO and management team to strengthen internal and external dialogues with executive stakeholders
- Support the strategy execution process for our strategic initiatives across the IT organisation
- Work closely with the IT leadership team anchoring and communicating on the strategy and sparring in matters of organisational development
About you | Strong toolbox and change management skills
To be successful in the role you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position combined with a relevant academic degree. You bring experience in driving cross-organisational change management initiatives in a large Nordic organisation.
You may have worked as a management consultant, business developer, or similar role, or have experience from an IT delivery organisation on how to work with continuous optimisations.
- We imagine, that you are proactive and can drive initiatives forward. You keep a good overview and are well-structured also when things change at high speed. You are flexible and ready to take part in many different tasks, all supporting various aspects of the organisational transformation.
- You have a strong toolbox, an analytical and conceptual approach, and a strategic mindset.
- Also, you live the agile values and can convert strategy and concepts into real-life implementation initiatives, taking a stepwise approach and focusing on value creation.
- Through strong collaboration and an advisory mindset, you succeed in balancing the stakeholder landscape. Keywords in our approach are trust, involvement, constructive challenging dialogues, and transparency.
- You are a great communicator and have facilitation skills that are useful when you coordinate and prepare presentations for our CIO and leadership team as part of communicating our strategic direction.
