The Position
In HR Processes & Operations we are the first point of contact to our 200+ employees and managers in our Copenhagen office. This also means that we are involved in the whole employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding. Furthermore, as being a multinational company, our team is also driving the mobility process of receiving- and sending expats.
You will be given clear responsibility of a range of tasks depending on your educational profile, working experience and area of interests, but your main responsibilities will be:

You will join an ambitious HR department of around 25 people with different nationalities, where our most important goal is to support the business in Copenhagen. You will gain in-depth insight into what it means to work with operational HR in a multinational company and being the front desk to 200+ employees. You will learn about the full employee lifecycle and the HR processes related to it. You will work with a multitude of stakeholders across HR and other support functions such as Finance, Communication, and IT. In all, we offer you an opportunity to develop your HR competencies and put theory into practical use.
You will be joining a small team of six including another student assistant. Our working culture is based on trust, and we value working closely together, which is why knowledge sharing is an integrated part of our weekly schedule. We also enjoy socializing after working hours and on team occasions.

You will be given clear responsibility of a range of tasks depending on your educational profile, working experience and area of interests, but your main responsibilities will be:
- Driving employee cases from A-Z (new hires, leavers, changes, mobility)
- Handling ad hoc requests from employees and managers in our HR inbox
- Making sure that the employee data is correct in our HR systems
- Supporting on various projects such as onboarding
- Maintaining our HR communication site in collaboration with content owners
- Creating Purchase Requisitions in SAP (invoice handling)
- Other areas you will touch on can be e-boks, work environment, annual HR campaigns and tax related cases
